It seems the local government election tactics have now started with this flyer dropped into local letterboxes late last week.
If you are looking for factual information rather than the political spin I'd suggest a number of sources, including the minutes of the Council Meetings which can be found here. Minutes of meetings older than 12 months no longer appear on the website, which is why you can see extracts of minutes on this website. You will then be in a position to make up your own minds on the veracity of political flyers. Of course, you can always turn up to the public gallery of the council chambers and see for yourself what is not shown in the minutes.
